The service was terrible. I will never buy anything from Lilygo again. First, there was the delay in responding, then the lack of willingness to be empathetic. I bought the wrong t-deck on Aliexpress without the Lora chip. I spent more than three weeks trying to send messages, but the responses were evasive and didn't understand what I really needed. So, to avoid having to throw it away, I asked a friend in the US to buy the chip from your store and send it to me, as I couldn't buy it directly here in Brazil.

Concerning the product: We noticed that the T-Deck you initially purchased did not include the LoRa chip.
