Well made and work perfectly. Only wish the nodes were cleared before shipping. They were hard to clear.

The adhesive holding the pouch cell to the assembly came loose after shipping and the battery was flapping around in 1/2 units I purchased. The GPS antenna was unstuck from its position in the enclosure in the other unit. Easy to open up and reattach both.
There were meshtastic nodes already in the persistent memory of both devices I received, with locations in Hong Kong. Normal firmware deletion and reflashing of Meshtastic does not delete these nodes. This is frustrating because each node generates its own page on the display which you have to scroll through. After emailing lilygo support a few times they provided me with a firmware to wipe all nodes stored in persistent memory. Once done, reflashing with meshtastic left me with a clean setup and I could re-add my own nodes.
Overall, I'd recommend.
Bought two and have been impressed with their performance and the eink display. Unlike my T-Beams, I don’t have to worey about missing messages because they are always powered. Tested the antennas with a VNA and they are surprisingly broadband and resonant. My only gripe is lack of a button lockout switch, which would present them from coming out of sleep when buttons are accidentally pushed. Otherwise, this is a great device!
